Yes, I teach students of all ages. This includes younger students - though I would recommend not starting to take professional singing lessons until the age of 6 to give some time for a child's voice to develop. Of course, during these early years singing fun songs with them and introducing them to music as a whole is a great thing to do.

I teach all my singing lessons from a home teaching space located in Loughlinstown, Dublin 18. With great transport links from the city centre it is a fantastic location to learn to sing. My full address will be provided upon booking your first lesson.

Of course not, indeed, the majority of my students learn to sing simply for their own pleasure. While a good number of my students learn with a dedicated goal in mind, whether that is singing at their wedding or wanting to kick start their own musical careers I cater for them all here at Singing Lessons Dublin.

Absolutely, no music experience is required. In fact, most of my students have never played a musical instrument before they attend their first lesson so don't worry at all about only having a little or no previous musical experience.

It is a story we hear over and again, however, it simply isn't true as with the right knowledge, a good teacher and a lot of practice anyone can learn to sing. Indeed, how many hours have you put in slowly nurturing your vocal ability - compare that to the hundreds of hours you have spent in the school classroom for subjects you couldn't even stand. Imagine if you had put that time and heart completely into learning to sing instead - you know it would have made a difference to your voice and consequently you know that you can get better at singing.

Not at all, that is the beauty of singing. If you can speak, you can sing and I have taught many students well beyond retirement age how to sing with confidence. While each generation has their preferred music I look to cater for all ages specifically by ensuring that my students can learn to sing through the music that they love.

I work particularly well with nervous students. I love watching them gain their confidence as they progress with singing but really understand how daunting that first singing lesson can be and have many tricks up my sleeve to help keep them calm and reassured in that lesson.

This means that if a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the arranged time the student will be charged the full price of the lesson.
